Badge Application Process:
Access to sterile, secure, or controlled areas within the airport is managed by the Administrative office at Eagle County Regional Airport. Airlines, ground handlers, concessionaires, and contractors must contact their authorized signatory to gain access to these areas.

New AOA Badging Process:
Application: Authorized signatory submits the signed application to the EGE Administration office and schedules an appointment to test at least 10 days in advance. Badge applications are available here.
Testing:
Individual arrives at the scheduled appointment, tests, and receives the badge upon passing. Allow at least 90 minutes for computer testing and training. Items you MUST bring to your test:
- 1 hard copy of signed badge application
- 2 forms of approved ID (approved forms of ID can be found here)
New SIDA/CAB Badging Process:
Authorized Signatory arranges first appointment for the individual to be fingerprinted.
Individual drops off the signed badge application at first appointment and gets fingerprinted. Items you MUST have completed in advance and bring to first appointment:
- Signed application by authorized signatory
- Completed badge application (form can be found here)
- 2 forms of approved ID – NO EXCEPTIONS (approved forms of ID can be found here)
- Once fingerprints clear, schedule second appointment for badge testing
- Arrive at second appointment, test, and receive the badge upon passing
Renewal AOA/SIDA/CAB Badging Process:
Authorized Signatory schedules a badging appointment.
Arrive with a signed application, test, and receive badge upon passing. Items you MUST bring to the test:
- 2 forms of approved ID and your expiring badge (approved forms of ID can be found here)
Cleared individuals will be posted by badge number (be sure to keep the number given to you by the administrative office) online Monday through Friday mornings, excluding holidays. Please check online for individual status before coming into or calling the office. The clearing process usually takes three to five business days, but there are times it can take longer. For example, individuals born out of the country can take over seven business days to go through the clearing process.
