We recommend arriving at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time to allow for check-in at the ticket counter and passing through the security checkpoint. Please check with your airline for more information.

The airport is located in Gypsum, Colorado – a short distance from Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Steamboat, and Summit County resorts in Gypsum, Colorado. For directions, check out our driving directions page.

  • Items Left on Plane: The airline will assist you in reclaiming your lost item. To report these items, please contact the airline directly.
  • Item Left in Terminal or Parking Lot: If you are at EGE, please go to the Airport Administration Building, located just west of the main terminal. To report a lost item, please fill out the form on our Amenities page with as much detail as possible. If your lost item is matched with an item that has been found, we will notify you to arrange a pickup or shipment of your item. We are happy to ship items to you once we are provided with a payment method to process the shipping and handling charge. Your belongings are important to us, and we’re here to help you reunite with them.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has sole authority over aircraft flight plans and subsequent airport noise.

EGE is owned and operated by Eagle County Government. The terminal is owned and operated by the Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation (ECAT).
