Lost and Found

If you've left something on board a plane or your luggage did not arrive at the airport, the airline will assist you in reclaiming your lost items. To report, please contact the airline directly. Items found in the public areas of the terminal are taken to the Airport Administration Building, located just west of the main terminal. To report a lost item, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. If your item is matched with an item that has been found, we will notify you to arrange a pickup or shipment. We are happy to ship items to you once we are provided with a payment method to process the shipping and handling charge. Your belongings are important to us, and we're here to help you reunite with them.

Nursing Room

Enjoy a private and secure place to pump, nurse, or care for your child while you wait for your flight. Find the private room near the family restroom on the second floor across from gate 4.

Pet Relief Area

To make your journey with your pet or service animal as smooth as possible, we provide a pet relief area located near the game room on the second floor across from gate 4. As a reminder, it’s a good idea to check with your airline in advance to make sure they welcome pets on board and to notify them of your plans to bring a pet or service animal. Additionally, ensure you have the proper crate size for a smooth check-in process and to guarantee your pet's safety and comfort during the entire journey. To maintain a pleasant airport experience for everyone, please remember that animals should not roam freely inside the terminal and should be in a carrier or on a leash at all times.

Wi-Fi

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the terminal by connecting to "FlyEGE Public WIFI" while you await your flight. Upon connecting, you'll have the option to participate in a survey. Your feedback is important to us, but if you prefer to skip the survey, simply click "continue."
