  • Items Left on Plane: The airline will assist you in reclaiming your lost item. To report these items, please contact the airline directly.
  • Item Left in Terminal or Parking Lot: If you are at EGE, please go to the Airport Administration Building, located just west of the main terminal. To report a lost item, please fill out the form on our Amenities page with as much detail as possible. If your lost item is matched with an item that has been found, we will notify you to arrange a pickup or shipment of your item. We are happy to ship items to you once we are provided with a payment method to process the shipping and handling charge. Your belongings are important to us, and we’re here to help you reunite with them.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has sole authority over aircraft flight plans and subsequent airport noise.

EGE is owned and operated by Eagle County Government. The terminal is owned and operated by the Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation (ECAT).

Yes. Eagle County Regional Airport offers free access to Aira services while at the airport. Aira Explorer supports blind and low-vision travelers with visual interpreting, and Aira ASL provides on-demand American Sign Language interpreting for Deaf and hard-of-hearing travelers.

No advance scheduling, airport-provided equipment, or appointment is required.

Passengers and guests can use the Aira ASL app to connect with a live American Sign Language interpreter while at the airport. The interpreter can assist with communication during check-in, customer service interactions, directions, travel questions, and other airport-related needs.

Yes. Blind and low-vision passengers and guests can use the Aira Explorer app to connect with a trained visual interpreter. The interpreter can help describe surroundings, read signs or screens, provide navigation support, and assist with visual information throughout the airport.

No. Aira assistance is available on demand with no advance booking required. Passengers and guests can connect through the appropriate Aira app when assistance is needed.

Aira accessibility assistance is available 24/7/365.
